Private residential care homes in Manchester and Lancashire
Our purpose-built, private residential care homes are located in Manchester and Lancashire and provide first class accommodation, care and companionship for older people.
Each of our private residential care homes is located in the heart of the local community and is fully equipped to cater for a full range of care and support needs. Royley House is our fabulous 41 bed residential care home near Oldham, Manchester, while Bank Hall is our equally as fabulous residential care home for 33 people in Burnley, Lancashire.
Both homes are designed with all the comforts you would expect from your own home such as welcoming lounge areas, bright, modern dining areas and lovely gardens to relax in during the warmer weather. Every person also has their own private, fully furnished room and we are also able to cater for couples in our double rooms.
The atmosphere in each home is warm and friendly. Highly trained staff are on hand 24/7 to ensure exceptional standards of care, while healthcare needs are supported by a team of community-based GPs, dieticians, opticians, chiropodists, dentists and other relevant professionals.
Both homes provide the most delicious, nutritious and tempting meals, all freshly prepared on the premises by our professional chefs. We encourage friends and family members to join us for lunch or dinner to see for yourselves just how delicious our meals are!
Carpe Diem: Seize the Day!
Though our residential care homes are lovely, there is more to life than simply having a roof over our heads. We believe that having things to look forward to and a sense of purpose is very important, so we help people get the most from each day in whatever way is most appropriate for them. When you visit either of our homes you will find all sorts of activities going on. You may see a group of people enjoying the friendship of others as they paint together, while others may be enjoying a relaxing foot massage or whiling away the time lost in a good book. Some may be in the garden watering the plants, while others may be out and about, lunching in one of the nearby pubs or visiting the cinema. Many people who move into our homes say they have a better social life than they ever did!
