Coniston House joins in Dementia Action Week

Coniston House had a smashing day yesterday celebrating Dementia Action week at the Town Hall in Chorley.

“It was an honour to listen to the speakers and gathered lots of information on living with Dementia”.

The staff and the residents tried their hand at yoga and enjoyed a good old sing song to round off the day.
