I started my 30-year career in care as a carer and progressed to a care home manager in 2011. I have completed NVQ 1,2,3,4,5 and PTTLS which allows me to teach staff. I have mainly worked with specialist Dementia homes and have the ethos of “coming into care isn’t the end but a chance to make more memories and a new chapter in a person’s life”. My goal is to make a difference and for those living in our home to live life and enjoy each day.
