3 for 2 Respite Terms & Conditions
- This offer applies to short-term respite care for residential & dementia stays, subject to assessment and availability, as offered by the care home.
- The offer is available only at selected Rochcare care homes subject to availability and applies only to self-funded bookings.
- Book your stay between the 1st January 2026 and 30th April 2026, for stays to be taken in full before 30th April 2026.
- All admissions are subject to Rochcare’s Covid-safe new admissions process.
- The offer applies to a minimum of 21-night stay, which must be taken as consecutive nights. The fee for 14 nights will apply for a 21-night stay meaning one full week in every three-week stay will be free dependent upon offer.
- This offer may be used for a maximum of 2 independent or consecutive stays per short-term resident within this promotional period.
- All fees must be paid on or before the commencement of the stay.
- Rochcare reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
- The short-term resident will be bound by Rochcare’s Residential Care Agreement and Resident’s Terms and Conditions as applicable during their stay.
- These documents constitute the entirety of the contract between Rochcare and the short-term resident, except where any terms in this offer will take precedence.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
10% Long Stays Terms & Conditions
- The offer is a time-limited reduction in care home fees which will revert to published list price following the agreed discount duration.
- The 10% discount and applicable dates will be agreed between the customer and the home manager in advance of move-in date.
- Offer is only available for long-term self-funded care with a minimum stay of two months and is subject to home availability and pre-arrival assessment.
- Offer is available to new residents only.
- Discount will be applied to the appropriate fee level for the type of care required and accommodations selected.
- Note that if care-needs change during the discounted period Rochcare reserve the right to reassess fees based on increased dependency.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one discount period per customer. Rochcare may withdraw this offer at any time and without notice.
- The price of your care automatically increase by 10% at the end of the agreed discount period.
- Should care cease before the end of the agreed promotional period any refunded fees will be based on the agreed discount level.
