Autumna is a great place to start if, like the founder of the platform Debbie Harris, you find yourself needing to find a care home or another care provider, and don’t quite know where to start. The user-friendly platform is the UKs largest and most detailed directory of elderly care and retirement living options. Autumna has been built to provide detailed and impartial information in a format that is easy to understand and empowers you to take control of your search for the perfect care provider.

We love that various care options are available to search, all in one place, it’s easy to chat to an Autumna advisor for free and they produce short informative videos covering everything from care funding advice to tips on how to find a care home that’s perfect for you.

We’re proud to showcase all our Rochcare services on the Autumna platform and have worked hard to secure 100% scores for two of our care homes, Pendle Brook and Bank Hall. 

One of the most helpful features Autumna showcases is its free and bespoke shortlists. By simply inputting a few preferences, you can access a shortlist of providers that are specifically chosen for your requirements and location, totally free of charge. You’re empowered to then have these providers contact you, or choose to reach out to them yourself in your own time, you’re totally in control.
