Area Manager for Rochcare, Lin Spencer, described the result as “a moment of pride for myself and the whole Pendle Brook team”.
“Pendle Brook is a truly unique place to work. The ladies and gentlemen who live there are exceptionally well cared for and this result really reflects the hard work and dedication every member of the team shows every day. The facilities at Pendle Brook are stunning, but it’s the atmosphere and the attitude of the staff that I get the most comments about. When anyone comes to Pendle Brook they are made to feel welcome, calm and are greeted with a smile by everyone. The result from CQC truly is a moment of pride for myself and the whole Pendle Brook team”.
