I started working in health & social care in 2001. I started my career as a Health Care Assistant and my manager at the time told me I would make “great management material”; this lit something in me and in 2004, I got my first management position. I’ve worked in various settings, including Mental Health and learning disabilities before finding my forever home with older adults and those with Dementia. I love what I do and am passionate and dedicated to continually improve the services I manage; and helping to develop my team to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
