Colin Large – Head Chef

I started my career as a weekend cook in a care home and have worked my way up to being a full-time head chef now at Bank Hall. I have worked in numerous care homes and I love working alongside the elderly. I have done it for so many years now that I couldn’t imagine doing anything different. I love seeing the residents smile when they sit down in the dining room to a good, hearty meal and really like hearing their feedback.

 Qualifications – NVQ 2 Diploma in catering, NVQ 1 & 2 Cleaning & Support services, NVQ 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
