I have worked in care for many years, starting as a cleaner in a care home when I was 16, progressing into care work when I turned 18.
I chose social care as my career as I am an extremely caring person and enjoy looking after people and promoting independence.
My favourite part of my job is helping people with their day to day activities and reminiscing with them about their past.
I have completed NVQ’s 3 and 5.
